After evaluating the goals of the ward, McEagle commissioned the skills of "The Right Brain People" to begin research to identify the motivations of individuals within the entire St. Louis metropolitan area regarding their own desires to live and work in the City of St. Louis to determine the viablity of the proposed project.
The outcome of the research was an emphatic "Yes" provided certain elements were present in the creation of the community. Those elements of concern were:
These results were very closely aligned with the goals of the Fifth Ward Plan. Between these two results, McEagle felt the support and need to proceed with a development.
