McEagle is a real estate company that was established to do larger scale community-related projects in order to provide the best intrinsic value to the surrounding area. McEagle first became interested in developing a community within the city of St. Louis by recognizing the need to rejuvenate an area often forgotten by progress and aid restoring it to the thriving neighborhood it once was. By doing this project, McEagle hopes to be the catalyst in providing new sources of revenue for the community and the City of St. Louis as a whole.
