A development this large requires a structure form of governance to ensure that all facets in the area are taken care of. This could include things like parks, fire stations, schools, residential covenants, or architectural guidelines. With doing a development of this scale, it is not reasonable to leave all of the planning and control to one organization or municipal entity. The development would require different variations of governance to make sure that all parts are maintained.
In order to do this, McEagle is presenting three different options for governance to mandate how the all aspects of the governance thoughout the development will be created and enforced into the future.
