McEagle has submitted its application for an approval of a TIF (Tax Increment Financing) district requesting an amount of $391 Million. If the TIF application is approved by the City of St. Louis, the funds received are intended to go towards the reworking of infrastructure (streets, sewer systems, electric systems, green spaces, etc) and to begin establishing the groundwork to create the business districts.
