A large portion of the project will be comprised of a variety of housing choices. McEagle's LifeWorks philosophy includes providing livable space that is financially accessible to individuals of all income levels. Therefore, McEagle is proposing a plan the supports residential infill within the fabric of existing homes, restoration of 80+ homes, and new residential opportunities ranging from apartments, senior living, townhomes, lofts and single family.
Since McEagle is not a residential developer, they have been collaborating and interviewing potential residential developers to find values and missions similar to LifeWorks and the NorthSide vision. McEagle hopes to support these developers with major infrastructure improvements, making it possible for new homes to successfully integrate into the neighborhood.
