The redevelopment area has been split up into four different areas. Pending approval from the City of St. Louis, areas A and B could begin work as soon as 2010. These projects would begin with mainly infrastructure projects - streets, sewers, and environmental cleanup.

Phases A and B are anticipated to take up to 14 years to complete. Phases C and D would see work begin in 2014 and 2012, respectively. These phases would not be anticipated to be complete until 2030. Although major projects aren't intended to begin in areas C and D until 2012 at the earliest, these projects will see some necessary crossover work of the infrastructure projects intended to begin in 2010.
