In addition to the infill property as mentioned previously in this section, there are many opportunities to develop various forms of new residential property. To fully meet the vision of McEagle's plan, the different types of property will vary to meet a wide range of price points, tastes, and stages in the life cycle.
While there is not a specific plan for exactly which type of residential units will fill the vacant parcels and blocks, McEagle envisions ownership and rental opportunities for single family, townhomes, lofts, senior living, apartments, and more. The style of buildings may be modern or traditional - whatever is dictated by the market and community input. McEagle will develop design guidelines to ensure that these units incorporate green elements, passive heating and cooling, community friendly designs, and various other elements consistent with the vision for the project.
Again, McEagle is not a residential developer, there will be numerous opportunities to partner as development as the design progresses.
