Within the 1,500 acre redevelopment area, there are many existing homes. Many homeowners have worked and continue to work to maintain their homes and we fully support them in their efforts.
McEagle hopes to find ways to enhance the beauty of the area surrounding these homes by updating the infrastructure and establishing guidelines to help keep the area beautiful. McEagle intends for these legacy homes to remain as it believes the homes and their residents help add to the flavor and character to the community.
