Currently the redevelopment plan includes four different employment centers throughout the redevelopment area. These areas are intended to be mixed-use areas that will include a different mixture of commercial, retail, and higher density residential elements. Each of these campuses are intended to include a different mixture of these elements based off of its location and surrounding existing land uses.
