As mentioned in the infrastructure portion of the Implementation, the use of biofiltration swales will do two things for the sewer runoff throughout the development. These systems will provide an aesthetic and environmentally friendly way to move rainwater throughout the system in addition to using it to irrigate the landscaping throughout the development.
The first image to the left shows how a full system of biofiltration would connect. Each element of the system will connect with another portion of the biofiltration, reusing the water and finding a visually pleasing way to do so.
